The Specialty Food Association’s sofi™ Awards have been honoring the best in specialty food for 47 years. The winners are chosen through a blind tasting process.
This year, the Specialty Food Association invited the Food Innovation Center at Rutgers University to partner with them for this prestigious event.
As with many plans this year, plans were changed to reflect the reality of the challenges of 2020. Nonetheless, with approximately 1,800 specialty products submitted, the judges were on hand for socially distanced blind tasting.
