We’ve got two production suites open right now at the Food Innovation Center (FIC) at Rutgers in Bridgeton, N.J. One is 1,586 square feet, the other 812, and both are move-in ready. The building is FDA- and USDA-inspected and GMP-certified, and we can fit out either suite with refrigeration, HEPA filtration and full utility hookups, depending on what your operation needs. Additional production and support spaces may also be rented on a shared basis by the day, week, or month, depending on availability.
Our tenants get a lot more than just their own space. You’ll have access to shared equipment like blast chillers, clean rooms and a bottling line, plus hands-on help with food safety, R&D and getting a product ready for market.
If you’d like to lease space, or come see the facility in person, email Executive Director Nolan Lewin to set something up.
