The Food Innovation Center at Rutgers has facilities located in Bridgeton, NJ (FIC South) and New Brunswick, NJ (FIC Rutgers Campus). Each location offers a range of services to support products from idea to market including,: concept and product development, scale up and manufacturing, business and technical consulting and training and other specialized services.
A third location is also located in New Brunswick. FIC Chemistry offers a wide variety of analytical chemistry and mass spectrometry services that are commonly needed in the food industry.
