The Food Innovation Center at Rutgers University will host the next annual Food Business Basics Session on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 8am-430pm.
We’ve gathered some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the industry to provide valuable information throughout the day. You’ll have access to industry experts who will share advice on how to create, commercialize, market and sell in this competitive market. Among the topics to be discussed are consumer trends, accounting basics, business structure, product development, scaling up, protecting intellectual property, sales strategy and food safety.
After joining FBB, you’ll receive a link to speaker presentations and obtain a one-on-one Q&A session with the experts. Advance sign up is required.
