Joyce joined the Food Innovation Center at Rutgers University in November 2018 as a Marketing Specialist. Her role is to leverage her strategic and analytical skills and experience to help clients identify new opportunities for growth.
Joyce has a broad based business background with extensive experience in the food and flavor industry, having worked in both the foodservice and retail channels. She has successfully led multiple cross functional teams to identify, create and launch new, award-winning brands and products. She has held leadership positions with increasing responsibility at Kraft, Campbell Soup and Firmenich.
Joyce has earned both a B.S. and M.S.in Food Science from Rutgers University. She also received an MBA certification from the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School of Business.
