Food Safety / HACCP Trainer & Auditor
Eva joined the Food Innovation Center at Rutgers University in 2018 as a Food Safety and Training Specialist. She is responsible for training and consulting to the food industry on FDA and USDA regulations.
Eva is a food safety professional with 33 years of relevant experience in Food Safety and Quality. She has held positions from Quality Supervisor early on to the latest position of Director of Food Safety and Quality before joining Rutgers.
Eva has earned a number of certifications including: Lead Instructor FSMA Preventive Controls, Foreign Supplier Verification Program, Seafood HACCP and SQF Practitioner and Auditor. She has received a BS in Microbiology from Los Andes University and an MS in Food Science from Rutgers University.
