I joined FIC in April 2018 as the Director of the Piscataway Facility. Shortly thereafter, I was assigned additional responsibilities as Director of Operations for both Bridgeton and Piscataway facilities.
My previous experience includes several Plant Manager positions with Hanover Foods, Stay Fresh Foods (HPP Processing) and Lidestri Food and Drink (BAI Brand scaleup and sale to DR Pepper). I also owned my own retail markets, restaurants, catering facilities and cheese operations over the past 30 years. My wife and I continue to own and operate a Food truck.
I am Food and Beverage HACCP certified (Seafood Lead Instructor) PCQI Lead Instructor, FSVP Lead Instructor and have performed in over 12 BRC, SQF and 3rd party audits. I am currently working toward GMP 3rd party certification for the Bridgeton facility and GMP Certification for Piscataway site. I hold a Bachelors of Arts degree from Rutgers in Communication and Information (1982).
