Martha is currently the Manager of Production Planning and Facilities at FIC and has worked in food production and R&D services at FIC since 2016. From 2010-2016, she was the operations manager for several FIC clients including Valcrest, The Flying Meatballs Company and Impossible Foods.
Martha’s prior experience was as Food Service Director for Compass Academy Charter School, Lenox China, Burlington County College, Lockheed Martin and Atlantic Cape Community College.
Martha has a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales.
