Plant and Process Engineering Specialist
George developed the innovative design for the FIC South – Bridgeton manufacturing rooms. This included equipment and refrigeration specification and lay-out, product flow, utility locations, ventilation requirements, and wall and floor finish specifications. His creative design provided the capability for the center to produce a wide variety of products in limited space. George has designed and built well over 50 USDA processing facilities around the country for products spanning from pastas, soups, frozen foods, to cakes, breads, burgers, and puddings. He has also designed plants for FIC graduates who went onto establish their own facilities. George’s vast experience in food engineering and plant design provides a unique expertise available to FIC clients.
