Senior Manager of Business Development; Available at FIC South – Bridgeton, FIC North Food Innovation Lab
Craig Peck is currently the Senior Manager of Business Development at the Rutgers Food Innovation Center.
He began cooking professionally at 18 and went on to work in internationally acclaimed restaurants, hotels, and casinos. He then began working in Food Distribution and Consulting, both domestically and abroad with roles in Merchandising, Sales and Marketing, Product Development, and Organizational Development. He is passionate about innovation and great tasting food eaten with interesting people.
