Three-Hour Short Courses for the Food Processing Industry

These classes are offered in a condensed version that provide 3-hours of classroom instruction per topic, in a time-conscious format.  These are appropriate for all employees in all levels of food processing - including processing and packaging, research and development, quality assurance, maintenance, shipping and receiving, purchasing, distribution, and administrative personnel.

WhenThis course will be established according to your schedule and that of our instructor.

WhereThis class can be offered at your location, and we can conduct this for different shifts of your operation as well.   Classes can also be held in the Conference Room at our Bridgeton, NJ location. 

Cost: To encourage employers to have more of their management and staff participate in this  training, an unlimited number of employees can participate in each of these classes for a  fixed cost of just $850 (about $20 cost/person if 40-45 individuals participate at one time).   Typically, this class would be held in your cafeteria or conference room, in which the maximum number of employees can benefit.  Alternatively, this class can be held at the Rutgers Food Innovation Center in Bridgeton, NJ, although we are limited to 24 persons/ class.  There will be an additional fee for any overnight lodging that may be required by our instructor, and for mileage and travel expenses for companies outside of New Jersey.
