HACCP Certification Training

When: This course will be established according to your schedule and that of our instructor.
Where: We recommended bringing your personnel off-site to our conference room at the Rutgers Food Innovation Center. The Rutgers Food Innovation Center is located at 450 East Broad Street, in Bridgeton, NJ. For driving directions click here. Alternatively, this 2-day class can be held at your location as well.
Cost: To encourage employers to have more of their management and staff participate in this critical training, up to 10 employees can participate for a fixed cost of just $2,800 (as little as $280 cost/person). This includes 16 hours of classroom instruction, and a textbook for all participants. There will be an additional fee for any overnight lodging that may be required, and for mileage and travel expenses for companies outside of New Jersey.
