As Cooks Helper, Roxana assists the FIC management team and in-house clients with the manufacturing of products and other tasks as needed for special projects. Tasks include receiving ingredients, ingredient preparation, following sops procedures, HACCP and GMP protocols, as well as performing operations such as cooking, filling, packaging and maintaining production records for material traceability and quality control.
Roxana is experienced in operating various food processing equipment such as ovens, steam kettles, fryers, mixing equipment, homogenizers, pumps, fillers, sealers; and the assembling and disassembling of said equipment for cleaning and sanitation.
Roxana assists with maintaining the facility in a clean and sanitary condition as required by USDA/FDA.
